Hi Sam,
It’s great to hear from you! I’m so excited and can’t wait for you to arrive in three weeks!
The weather here in Ukraine can be quite cool in autumn, so you should bring some warm clothes. It’s a good idea to pack a warm jacket, a sweater, and comfortable shoes for walking, as we can explore the city.
You don’t have to bring a gift, but that’s very kind of you! My parents love trying things from other countries. Maybe some local sweets (місцеві солодощі) or a small souvenir (невеликий сувенір) from your country would be perfect.
I’m really looking forward to seeing you!
See you soon,
[Твоє ім’я]
