2. Read the notice. What should your article include? What suggestions would you make?
The article should answer three questions:

3. Read the article that a student has written. (It is not in the correct order.) Does it include any of your suggestions?

- How healthy is your diet? My diet is mostly healthy, but I sometimes eat pizza or sweets on weekends.
- How can you avoid unhealthy food? Plan meals, prepare healthy snacks in advance, and don’t keep junk food at home.
7. Write your article.
Title: A Simple Guide to Healthy Eating
We all know that fast food and sweets are not good for us, but it can be hard to avoid them. A healthy diet is important for energy and feeling good.
So, what should you eat? It’s a good idea to include a lot of fruits and vegetables in your meals. You should also drink plenty of water. My diet is quite healthy during the week, but I plan to eat fewer sweets on the weekend. I am going to prepare healthy snacks, like apples and nuts, so I don’t get tempted (щоб не піддаватися спокусі) by junk food.
Remember, planning is key. If you think about your meals, you will make better choices for your body.
