Paula told that she would put the salad in the middle of the table and offered to serve Donna. Donna refused. She told that they could help themselves. She offered to sit down and relax. Paula asked Peter to pour some juice and invited Ken to help himself to vegetables.

B: The waiter invited people to tire restaurant and asked what they would like to order. Harry asked him for recommendations. The waiter advised him to order the crab salad that was a big hit. Harry asked his friends if they would like the crab salad. They agreed. After that Harry repeated the dishes again and ordered a bottle of lemonade. The waiter advised Harry to help himself to vegetables.

Traditional Menu

I. Appetizers — Закуски

1) Salads — Салати Olivier Salad — Олів'є.

A flexible salad composed of boiled potatoes, vegetables, often with meat, mixed in mayonnaise. This salad is the creation of a French chef, M. Olivier.

Crab Stick Salad — Салат із крабових паличок

Salad with rice (or pasta), trailed eggs, sweet corn and diced crab (imitation or otherwise), mixed in mayonnaise.

Herring Under a Fur Coat — Оселедець під шубою

Ingredients include herring fillets, potatoes, carrots, beets, eggs and mayonnaise.

2) Cold starters — Холодні закуски.

Kholodets (Studynefs) — Холодець.

Pieces of chopped meat in a set jelly, mixed with spices and garlic.
